is a tool that is used to determine the compiler and linker flags that
should be used to compile and link programs that use the orbit
library. It is also used internally by the .m4 macros for GNU autoconf
that are included with orbit.
The argument client is used for compiling an orbit client, and
server for compiling an orbit server. In most cases, you will
use one (or both) of the options --cflags or --libs
(depending on whether you are compiling or linking.
