Fill out "cvs export" material in Chapter 6?

Come to a reasonable policy for @file{...}'s.
Come to a reasonable policy for options in running text (-a, etc).
(Search for "-[a-zA-Z]" to consistentify bolding or non-bolding of
options in running text.)

check cvs2cl output for modernity in 10.

Check for "or" alternative options (such as -j in checkout), make sure
they have @w.

Finish the indexing: commands
                     keyword substitution modes
                     repository admin files
                     rc files
                     proper names
                     concepts (ugh)

Change documentation for -d and -s in cvs log, per kingdon.  Then get
rid of "August 20, 1999" reference in Chapter 9.

All "Alternate names" are boldified in the book.  Do this in the
texinfo as well?

Check all "(Obsolete)"s for consistency of interword dashes...

In the watch/edit commands, fill in the ref'd options?

Search for lower-case occurrences of "cvs", in order to find commands
in running text.
