To do list for Gaspell

Rewrite in with Gtk--.  Once this is done I plan on making gaspell a
complete tool to manage aspell configuration files and dictionaries.
(And of couse as a utility to check you documents using aspell)

Work on integrating it with the rest of Aspell.  Right now it won't
even configure it self on a none gnome system.  On a Debian Hamm system
it aborts with:

checking for gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/local/lib... not found
configure: error: Could not find the gnomeConf.sh file that is generated by gnome-libs install
