Things for the next major version....

* Dodge / Burn paint modes.
* Some more features in the Palette editor
	o Gradient features.
* Load a default palette file (Tigert style?) instead of the GtkPalette's 
  default.
* Grid scrolling when at the edge of the visible canvas.
* GtkPalette widget needs to be able to be horizontal instead of only vertical.
* Default brushes.  (GIMP compatible?)
* Click on preview to jump to that point on the grid.

* Scriptability?
