prc-tools (0.5.0r-1) unstable frozen; urgency=low

  * This is a repackaging of the source package so that it actually
    compiles from the Debian source package.
    The binary package (.deb) of this should be no different than the
    one from 0.5.0-3; the "r" is simply so that the new sourcepackage
    is recognized.
  * The specific versions of gcc, binutils, and gdb needed by the
    package are now included in ./tarballs/ directory in the
    orig.tar.gz.  Except for this addition, orig.tar.gz remains
    unmodified from the one at ryerson.
  * Makefiles have been modified to use the ./othersources/ directory.
    This fixed bug #27468.
