xine-dvdnav for Debian

Please make sure to have a look at the IMPORTANT_README!

This plugin uses libdvdread to read DVDs. That library, as shipped with Debian,
is unable to decrypt CSS protected DVDs. And, of course, nobody would ever
rcommend you to replace it by a CSS capable version, as the legal situation
around CSS is unclear...
