xmms-cdread - Input plugin that reads audio data from CDs

- Revision numbers in the CDDB files
- Support for editing EXT (and other) fields in CDDB files
- Submitting CDDB entries (low priority at the moment, first the CDDB file
                           support needs to be 100%)
- Make the return key move you to the next field when editing track titles,
  and to the 'save' button from the last field.
- Use paranoia for reading audio data from CDs ??
