Debian README for xutils package

For information on the /etc/X11/rstart/config file, see the rstartd(1)
manual page.

For rstart and rstartd to work correctly, an rsh client and rsh server,
respectively must be installed.

For imake and xmkmf to work correctly, xlibs-dev must be installed.

The document referenced at the end of the rstart and rstartd manual pages,
"A Flexible Remote Execution Protocol based on rsh", is included in the
xspecs package.
