GNU Info (am-utils.info)-k Option`-k' KERNEL-ARCHITECTURE ======================== Specifies the kernel architecture of the system. This is usually the output of `uname -m' (the "machine" value gotten from uname(2)). If the uname(2) system call is not available, the value of `${karch}' defaults to that of `${arch}'.
