`FLUSH' Statement

   `g77' could perhaps use a `FLUSH' statement that does what `CALL
FLUSH' does, but that supports `*' as the unit designator (same unit as
for `PRINT') and accepts `ERR=' and/or `IOSTAT=' specifiers.
