C++ Interface MPFR

   The C++ class interface to MPFR is provided if MPFR is enabled
(Note: Build Options).  This interface must be regarded as
preliminary and possibly subject to incompatible changes in the future,
since MPFR itself is preliminary.  All definitions can be obtained with

     #include <mpfrxx.h>

This defines

 - Class: mpfr_class

which behaves similarly to `mpf_class' (Note: C++ Interface Floats).
