Predefined strings

   The following strings are defined:

 - String: *S
     Switch back to the default font size.

 - String: *R
     The `registered' sign.

 - String: Tm
     The `trademark' sign.

 - String: lq
 - String: rq
     Left and right quote.  This is equal to `\(lq' and `\(rq',
     respectively.
