Manipulating Symbolic Links

 - Function: make-symlink name contents
     Create a symbolic link called NAME, containing the string CONTENTS.

 - Function: read-symlink name
     Return the string that is the contents of the symbolic link called
     NAME. Signals an error if no such link exists.
