Location of the configuration files

   `/usr/local/etc/mtools.conf' is the system-wide configuration file,
and `~/.mtoolsrc' is the user's private configuration file.

   On some systems, the system-wide configuration file is called
`/etc/defaults/mtools.conf' instead.
