OpenAL kludgey functions

   `alkludge.h' is a repository for stuff that need to either be
discarded, rewritten, or thought out.  You should not rely on functions
in `alkludge.h', although it is unlikely that functions will be removed
from it without some form of equivalent functionality being introduced
in the regular library.
