GNU Info (texinfo)Inserting AccentsInserting Accents ================= Here is a table with the commands Texinfo provides for inserting floating accents. The commands with non-alphabetic names do not take braces around their argument (which is taken to be the next character). (Exception: `@,' _does_ take braces around its argument.) This is so as to make the source as convenient to type and read as possible, since accented characters are very common in some languages.
