5.1. The Elements of the Gnumeric Worksheet.

The Gnumeric worksheet is made up of three elements which are presented below. Section 5.2 explains the use of the Data entry area, the area immediately above the worksheet area. Section 5.3 explains the cell grid which is the area in the middle of the window and the area users spend the most time editing. Finally, Section 5.4 explains the information area at the bottom of the worksheet where Gnumeric displays information about its current work.
