SIGN(getal)
SIGN geeft een 1 als het @getal positief is, 0 als @getal nul is,
en -1 als het getal @getal negatief is.
Deze functie is compatibel met Excel.
SIGN(3) is 1
SIGN(-3) is -1
SIGN(0) is 0
