Funktionen SIGN returnerar 1 om @tal är positivt, 0 om det är 0, och -1 om @tal är negativt.
Denna funktion är kompatibel med Excel.
SIGN(3) är lika med 1.
SIGN(-3) är lika med -1.
SIGN(0) är lika med 0.
