SUPPORTED UMAX SCANNERS
The sane-umax library implements a SANE backend that provides acces to several UMAX-SCSI-scanners. Parallel- and USB- scanners are not supported!

** Mirage D-16L scanners allow scanning up to
800x800 / 1600x1600 dpi.
*** Astra 1200S-C with external power supply
and Firmware Version 2.9 could make problems.
**** Astra 2200 and MX3 are supported via SCSI. Connection
via the USB bus not tested.
