CiteRefEntry -- Citation of a RefEntry

Both the start- and end-tags are required for this element.

Description

A citation of a reference entry. It must have a RefEntryTitle, the content of which should match the content of the RefEntryTitle of the RefEntry referred to, followed by an optional ManVolNum. It has common attributes.
