appear in the index under a Secondary entry. It must be
nested within IndexTerm tags and must follow a Secondary
element. It may contain in-line elements, and has SortAs
and common attributes. See Primary.
In some contexts, some of these elements
may be invalid due to exclusions in parent elements.

SortAs holds a string by which the element's
content
is to be sorted (alphabetized) in lieu of its proper
content.
